Career Coaching

A job search requires focus.  It's hard to keep your focus, though, because of the myriad of distractions.

If you are employed, you've got to maintain your high performance level at work, while keeping your job-search a secret. If you are unemployed, you're worried about paying bills.

That was my experience. I’d been through downsizing and layoffs and more than half a dozen job searches before working with a coach. The coach enabled  me to focus on what I really wanted to do, rather than the next job.

That’s how I got into coaching. And that’s what makes me passionate about helping anybody who answers yes to any one of these questions:

  • Looking for the next job or thinking about switching to a new field?

  • Not sure what you want to do next?

  • Got some ideas that you've just never started?

  • Are you stuck?

  • Is your job search at a standstill?

  • Do you dread 'networking'?

  • Are you unemployed?

If you answer 'yes' to any of the above, let's talk.

I'll listen and ask questions to help you focus your thoughts. I'll help you get started.
