My Coaching Philosophy

 

• Empower the Client: I aim to empower you by providing a full range of career services, including assessments, résumés, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, networking tips, and practice interviewing. I don't just build these for you; I teach you the principles; so, you can maintain and update them yourself.
   

• Draw from personal experience: Having faced challenges such as ageism and layoffs, I understand what most clients are going through. This allows me to empathize with clients and offer practical advice. In addition, I actively contribute to the field by judging CPRW applications and assisting multiple career agencies. The more I experience, the more I can share the knowledge and benefits with you.
   

• Emphasize continuous Learning: I understand the imperative to be current with job search and career theory. My commitment to my own ongoing education and collaboration with top organizations ensures I can provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
   

• Be results-oriented for you: You are probably feeling stressed. You need positive results, such as interviews and ultimately a job. My work has been recognized in reputable sources, such as the New York Times. . This work gives clients confidence that they will value the time spent working with me.
